Jackie, or Donnie will often come up with these ideas......some of which just aren't "suitable" for on air consumption. So I suggested that they "blog"...just get it all out there.

Since they're doing it, I figured I might as well use this as my online therapy session as well

Jackie mentioned that we're supposed to be blogging about what we actually are putting into our bodies. I have to be honest. I believe that cutting down the calories to around 1500 per day is the way to go for the first few weeks, and then down to 1000 per day until the end of the Challenge. Sooooo...I'm going to try and post everything I consume this weekend to stay accountable.
