Jackie mentioned that we're supposed to be blogging about what we actually are putting into our bodies. I have to be honest. I believe that cutting down the calories to around 1500 per day is the way to go for the first few weeks, and then down to 1000 per day until the end of the Challenge. Sooooo...I'm going to try and post everything I consume this weekend to stay accountable.
