Sydney is my adopted home and I appreciate the way the NSW police handled the situation. They have informed me there will be no charges. I hope this didn't cause too much drama for anyone."
Even though Madden wasn’t charged, he was kicked out of the hotel.

Beach Boys fans have a treat coming their way this summer: a six-CD set with more than 7½f hours of music, including more than 60 previously unreleased tracks. "Made In California" drops August 27th.
The set looks chronologically at the group's 50-year career, starting with their earliest demos. Additional demos, alternate takes and mixes and live concert, TV and radio performances will also be included, and a "high school annual-inspired" hardbound book will feature personal recollections and "yearbook-style" inscriptions from band members, as well as archival photos and memorabilia.
Also included is Brian Wilson's 1959 high school essay "My Philosophy," reproduced in its original handwritten form. In it, he wrote, "I don't want to settle for a mediocre life."
Member Mike Love said: "This box set captures the evolution of a dream which started with a family singing Everly Brothers songs around a piano, to creating the harmonies that fans would carry in their hearts for a lifetime."
More details will be announced soon.
