Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a clothing company that claims she cost them more than $5 million.
D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries filed the countersuit against Lindsay in response to Lindsay's lawsuit against the company.
Lindsay says she struck a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her "6126" clothing line. She claims D.N.A.M. stiffed her on a massive licensing fee. Lindsay wants $1.1 million in damages.
D.N.A.M. is now firing back.
The company claims it tried to sell their 6126 clothes to high-end third party retailers, but by spring 2010, no one would touch the brand because Lindsay was back in rehab.
D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay's "drug-addled image" destroyed 6126's reputation.
D.N.A.M. says it invested millions in 6126 and is suing for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5 million in damages.
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson broke up Saturday, and an insider claims that Katy Perry "played a role". The pop star was "one of many reasons" for the break-up.
Katy, Rob and Kristen have been friends for a long time, and Katy was expected to attend Rob's 27th birthday party last Monday night at Kristen's house, butrumors started when she was also seen with him at the Met Gala.
Another source claims that Kristen's cheating scandal with director Rupert Sanders played into the recent breakup, although Pattinson had reportedly gotten over that drama.
Khloe Kardashian says that her sister, Kim, has endured way too much abuse for her weight gain during pregnancy.
She wrote on her blog, “I find it disturbing that society loves to critique a woman’s shape no matter how beautiful or happy she may be within herself.”
Khloe admits that she has also been prone “to public attacking in regards to my body or appearance,” and warns that anyone who dares to “criticize a woman who is growing another life inside of her is true scum in my eyes.”
She said this should be the “most memorable and beautiful” time of Kim’s life, and added, “I would hurt for her for years if all she remembers is the pain and emotional abuse she has received from so many vicious people.”
She also said she “couldn’t be prouder” to be Kim’s sister, saying, “Kim, you may be one of the strongest people I know… I wish you could see how you have this pregnant glow and you sparkle everyday!”
Kim responded, “I Love You So Much Khloe!”
Barbara Walters’ adopted daughter, Jacqueline Danforth, has been arrested for a DUI.
The 44-year-old was stopped by police in Naples, Florida on Sunday.
She was reportedly released on bail after posting a $1,000 bond shortly after her arrest.
The arrest record didn’t state whether the DUI was for alcohol or drugs, only that it was her first known offense as an adult.
Jacqueline had a troubled childhood, including years of partying and substance abuse as a teenager.

Jay-Z is denying rumors that (wifey) Beyonce is pregnant.
A program director at a radio station in New York claims Jay-Z told him that reports of Beyonce being pregnant with their second child are false.
The PD emailed Jay-Z to send his best wishes on Beyonce's pregnancy, but Jay responded by squashing the rumors.
Jay-Z wrote: "It's not true. The news is worse than blogs."
A rep for Jay-Z hasn’t commented.
Chris Brown seems to be over his breakup with Rihanna.
Breezy was spotted with his ex Karrueche Tran at the Bank nightclub inside the Bellagio in Vegas.
A witness said, “Brown was standing on the banquette dancing with Tran . . . he bent down a few times to kiss her, and kept running his hand through her hair and singing to her.”
Miley Cyrus was recently asked during a Twitter Q&A with fans if she would ever make out with Rihanna, to which she replied, "The answer is definitely."
When Rihanna was asked if she would ever take Miley up on her offer and said, "Tell her to call me!"
Cher will drop her as-yet-untitled ninety-fifth studio album in September release, with a first single coming out in June.
Details have been leaking out about the set, which is rumored to feature collaborations with Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears, Timbaland, Lady Gaga and two songs written by Pink.
