Jeremy Renner is not gay.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the star of "The Hurt Locker" denied the gay rumors, saying: "I want my personal life to be personal, and it's not [expletive] true."
"And I don't care if you're talking about things that are true, you're still talking about my personal life.
"How about I go peek in your window, take what underwear you wore last night, whose husband you were [expletive] and shove that in the megaphone throughout your neighborhood? How does that feel? It's none of your goddamn business."
Renner recalls a time when he and his family were at a bar on Christmas Eve and a guy called him a "f-g" for wearing a scarf. "Then he shoved my sister and I got behind him and I choked him out—put him to sleep".
Renner also denies that he's being groomed to take over the "Misson Impossible" franchise from Tom Cruise.
He was paid $5 million for Universal's upcoming fourth Jason Bourne movie, "The Bourne Legacy", and if he sticks with the franchise there's a good chance he can make $20 million for a third flick, the same paycheck Matt Damon took home for his last stint in the action series.
When asked about the story of Christina Aguilera being found sleeping in his bed after crashing his birthday party, Renner said: "She was just chilling in one of the bedrooms. I was happy to meet her. I was a big fan. Mind you, I was probably pretty s--t-bagged at the time."

'American Idol's final eight performed '80s classics under the guidance of No Doubt's Gwen Stefani and Tony Kanal.
Hollie Cavanaugh, the 18-year-old singer from McKinney, Texas, had pitch problems with her rendition of "Flashdance" by Irene Cara during an evening of 1980s tunes on the Fox talent competition. After her performance, "Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez warned Cavanaugh to stop listening to everyone and "let it go" when she's performing on stage. Steven Tyler told her, "Your pitch was all over the place. I'm so sorry to tell you."
The panel also wasn't impressed with Elise Testone's take on "I Want to Know What Love Is" from Foreigner. A study found that "sexual objectification" of women in music videos isn’t limited to videos with just male artists. Researchers found that female artists also turn themselves into sex objects in their own videos.
The images that come from the music videos are powerful and influential. Young could interpret the images as important ways to be seen as attractive and valuable to society.
Researchers looked at every video in Billboard’s Top 10 videos from 2006-2010 in pop, hip-hop/R&B and country music. They found that the sexual objectification happened equally across race boundaries, but that female country artists were the least likely to portray any type of sexuality.
Female pop artists were portrayed in "sexualized dance" more often than those in the hip-hop/R&B videos. Pop videos were more likely to "contain sexual objectification related to movement, like dance and the gaze that is likely to result from dance performance. Hip-hop/R&B videos were more likely to "contain sexual objectification related to styling and dress.”
