Actress Mischa Barton is refusing to pay a team of sober coaches who claim the actress racked up a $90,000 bill for using their services back in 2009.
Yes, nurses were hired to keep Mischa sober.
The owner did not specify which substance the actress was allegedly abusing.
Mischa was reportedly ordered to pay $95,000 back in 2011 for services rendered in 2009. She failed to show up to court after the suit was filed, which is why a default judgment was entered against her.
Her lawyer is fighting the default judgment, claiming that the actress' mother hired the nurses, so Mischa shouldn't have to pay.
The judge has yet to rule.
Carrie Fisher had a meltdown of sorts during her performance on a gay cruise.
Last weekend, she was booked to do two “Evenings with Carrie Fisher” on the RSVP gay cruise to the Caribbean. When the ship stopped for beach time in Aruba, Carrie would board the ship, do her shows, and get off at the next stop.
However, the boys on the beach were surprised to see Carrie swimming with her clothes on and talking loudly to herself.
That night she arrived onstage late, straggly-looking, and carrying her small dog.
Fisher has openly discussed her bipolar condition and substance abuse in the past, so some believe that may be the reason for her issues.
She made no sense onstage, rambling while her dog peed and pooped on the stage.
Finally audience members started to get up and leave, but she then tried to grab them and stop them.
The show was abruptly cancelled, but the next day she seemed happy as if nothing had even happened.
