Kim Kardashian is carrying her boyfriend Kanye West's child, and feels like her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, is stalling divorce proceedings.
(They were married for 72 days.)
Humphries's lawyer claims, "what is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy" is being used by Kardashian as "an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage (to) prematurely set this matter for trial."
He also said that the pregnancy is "something (Humphries) had nothing to do with" and defended his calling the pregnancy unplanned, saying, "Why would (she) plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"

The former cruise ship worker who claimed John Travolta assaulted him with a naked, "gay" hug has dropped his lawsuit against the actor.
The move comes just three days after a federal judge denied Travolta's request to force the matter into private arbitration.
The man realized that he couldn’t afford to go forward with the case, especially since he would have likely had to pay $75,000 for a bond… so he dropped the case.
Lawyers for the man and Travolta signed paperwork dismissing the case.
The paperwork includes a clause that prevents the man from refiling the case.

Disney and Lucasfilm are moving forward with plans to develop stand-alone feature films based on characters from George Lucas' "Star Wars" flicks.
These movies will not be part of the new trilogy announced last fall when Disney bought Lucasfilm for $4 billion.
Disney still plans to make "Star Wars 7, 8 and 9 roughly over a six-year period of time starting in 2015 but (there) are going to be a few other films released in that period of time, too."

Prosecutors filed papers in court asking that Chris Brown be found in violation of his probation for not completing to 180 days of community service.
The prosecutors apparently found "discrepancies" in reports about Chris Brown's community labor work in Virginia. In 2011, probation officers reported that Brown had completed 581 hours of community labor. The following month, the police department reported that Brown had completed 103 days -- or 824 hours -- of community labor. But last year, the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision Office reported that Brown had completed 701 hours.
Prosecutors also claim that there are some dates that Chris was allegedly doing community service, but he wasn't even in the state. In one case, he was taking part in a charity event in Washington, D.C., and in another, he was on a flight to Cancun.
Prosecutors want him to be required to do all of his community service in Los Angeles County under the supervision of the probation department.
Chris is due in court today for a progress report hearing.

When Pink announced that she and husband Carey Hart were reconciling after an 11-month separation, people were shocked. She recently opened up to Redbook magazine about what brought them back together.
She said: "Eleven months after we broke up, he asked me to fly to Las Vegas to perform on New Year's Eve at his club. I wanted to see him. And I looked hot. There's something about breaking up with someone, you just look hotter than you ever did before. I will never look as good as I did those six months after we broke up. Never!”
“After sound check I told him that he needed to come to my room. I had made him a photo album of all the cards he had ever given me, of all the photos of our entire relationship. I spent months on this album. On the last page, I pasted a photo of me from a really bad movie I made years ago with my neck slit and blood everywhere. Next to it I wrote, 'This is me without you.' On the next page, there was a picture of a baby. And I wrote: 'The rest is unwritten.' The divorce papers that we never signed were behind that page. I was like, 'The rest is up to you.' And I did all of this in his favorite bra and panties."
They were married in 2006 and have stayed together since. They had their first child in 2011.
After Beyoncé's Super Bowl halftime show, Buzzfeed posted "unflattering" pics of her performance.
That’s when the site got an email from Beyonce's publicist asking them to take the pics down.
The emails said:

According to “Extra”, Britney Spears is definitely heading to Las Vegas for a new show.
Her manager, Larry Rudolph, told “Extra” that the show is set, with a choice between two casinos. The deal will be finalized once Britney’s team decides on the casino.
Rudolph said: "We are in deep negotiations and I'd be shocked if it didn't happen. Hoping to have a deal done very soon."
A formal announcement is expected in the next few weeks.
Some of the rock bands he loved growing up: "Growing up in a city like L.A., you have everything from the Roxy to the Hollywood Bowl to see music, so I was really lucky that my parents were open-minded at a young age. They took me to see everything from Elton John to the Blue Man Group. I was lucky to be in middle-school during the grunge-rock era, which is one of the best decades for rock music."
"So I grew up listening to Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, that kind of thing. There was some epicness to that music. I also loved classic rock. I loved Queen. I loved listening to groups like Blood, Sweat & Tears. I don't know if it's considered 'rock,' but one of the albums that changed my life was Paul Simon's 'Graceland.' It blew my mind. I think that was the record that really showed me that that kind of experimentation and cross-pollination of sounds can be a brilliant thing."
On going through any embarrassing music phases: "I think we all go through questionable moments. But you know, they're back on tour, so I can actually say it: My very first concert, in the third grade, was New Kids on the Block Christmas Concert at the Great Western Forum. If you were a third-grader at that time, there was nothing bigger than New Kids on the Block. It was huge."
On what Groban fans will notice about his new album: "This album, in my own humble opinion, is in equal parts a return to a certain style of form that I felt was a real sweet spot for me four or five years ago, but at the same time, there's more of a willingness to explore new avenues than I ever have before. Easier said than done. As I sit back and listen to the album again, I say to myself, 'I think we really captured what we wanted to do: To not dumb down or compromise what I do vocally, but at the same time, I really pushed a lot of my boundaries.'"
On reprising his role on "The Office" as Andy Bernard's brother: "I haven't been on set. I haven't been asked. I think it may have run its course. That happened so on a whim. I got a Twitter message that said 'Hey, I got a crazy idea, it would be really funny if you could stop by. I just happened to be playing Staples Center the night before, so I went off stage, went home, got as much sleep as I could and showed up set the next morning at 5 a.m. I think it turned into something more than I expected it to."
On his new movie, "Coffee Town": "I'm play kind of a slacker, a failed rock band guy who's a barista at a coffee shop who has an ongoing feud with three guys. They basically come in there every day, hang and steal my free Wi-Fi by taking one sip every 20 minutes. It was fun to play that tattooed, d----e-baggy type."
Amy Winehouse's father, Mitch, announced the Amy Winehouse Foundation will host its inaugural gala March 21st. It will feature performances from Tony Bennett, Wyclef Jean and Jennifer Hudson.
The show will represent the first major U.S. fundraiser for the not-for-profit foundation.
Mitch Winehouse said: "We need all the help that we can get. We haven't really started it yet, in terms of fundraising. We're in 200 schools. We've given 10 scholarships to the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music."
"A lot of what we do is what we think she would like. She was always helping disadvantaged young people. She took somebody who was homeless into her own home. So it's straightforward: We need to be helping disadvantaged young people – with music. And in the United States, that's what's going to be our focus."
Winehouse also said that all proceeds from his memoir, "Amy, My Daughter", will benefit the foundation. The book has sold 8,000 hard copies since being published last June.
PETA was upset over the outfit Beyonce wore during her Super Bowl Halftime Show: It was made of python skin, iguana and leather.
The animal rights group criticized the wardrobe choice and said: “If Beyonce watched our video exposes, she’d probably not want to be seen again in anything made of snakes, lizards, rabbits or other animals who died painfully. Today’s fashions are trending toward humane vegan options, and Beyonce’s Super Bowl outfit missed the mark on that score.”
