Lindsay Lohan made it to her court appearance in Los Angeles yesterday (Wednesday) and she’s still a free woman for now.
The actress showed up with her mom Dina and her lawyer Mark Heller for the preliminary hearing related to her lying to cops charge.
The Judge (Stephanie Sautner) told Lindsay that she was glad to see she was feeling better, and told her that she could still be found in violation of her probation even if a jury finds her not guilty.
The next hearing will be March 1st where motions will be filed, while the trial has been set for March 18th.
But the judge revealed that she’s retiring in February so she won’t be the judge in the case.
** Lindsay wasn’t going to make the appearance because she was too sick to fly back from New York but hopped on a flight late Tuesday night… arriving back in LA early Wednesday morning then got turned away from two hotels.
Lindsay Lohan has been forced to move into her mom Dina‘s home in Long Island, New York, because she is “flat-out broke”, and can't afford to rent an apartment on her own in Los Angeles.
A source claims, “There’s simply no way she would pass a credit check right now, and even if she could she wouldn’t be able to muster up a security deposit, let alone meet the rent every month.”
The source adds, “In the past, Lindsay has managed to rope in another person to co-sign on leases because her bad credit means she can’t get approved in her name alone. However, she couldn’t find anyone willing to do that now as she has burned so many of her friends and associates.”
Living with Dina is difficult for Lindsay because her mom always wants to go out partying with her and she finds it embarrassing.
Charlie Sheen isn't a fan of Lance Armstrong.
Jay Leno asked Charlie his thoughts on Lance:
"He's kind of a douche. Wow, I didn't just say that, did I? ... That's based on meeting him."
Sheen recalled his first encounter years ago.... Sheen said he introduced himself to Armstrong, who pretty much blew him off.
Leno added that Armstrong is getting more heat than he might have not just because he "cheated, but the fact that he ruined the live of people" who called him out. Sheen agreed, and added: "If he was a better guy ... in his life, he'd be forgiven a lot faster and a lot easier -- kinda like me."
Lindsay Lohan's 52-year-old dad Michael Lohan and his girlfriend, Kate Major, had their first child together at a Florida hospital.
The healthy baby boy was named Landon Major Lohan, and reportedly weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.
A rep for Michael claims that he was actively involved in the birth, even cutting the umbilical cord.
This is Michael Lohan's sixth child.

Brandi Glanville’s book claims that her ex husband Eddie Cibrian‘s devotion to maintaining his thick HAIR led to some issues in the sack.
Glanville wrote in the book, “Eddie had started taking Propecia, like many men, because he was concerned about hair loss. This particular drug had nasty side effects – including ones that happened in the bedroom.”
She claims that the Propecia made Eddie impotent, and said, “I knew he was concerned about his hairline, but momma needed something h**d. I was not down for a limp d**k and gave him an ultimatum: It was the Propecia or me!”
She went on, “Eddie never took well to being cornered or criticized. So it was no surprise when he immediately shot back that my lady business wasn’t what it used to be.”

Taylor Swift can't stop crying over Harry Styles.
Insiders claim that the 23-year-old is 'a complete mess' because she's worried her dramatic personal life is affecting her professional reputation.
The couple split up after they had a huge argument while on vacation in the British Virgin Islands.
** Also, Taylor was allegedly devastated after being dissed by Tina Fey at the Golden Globe Awards on January 13, who made a joke out of her love life and told her to stay away from Michael J. Fox's son, Sam.
** An insider said, ''Taylor thought Tina's taunt was a low blow, and she bawled herself to sleep that night.”
Justin Timberlake will be performing at the Grammy Awards February 10th in Los Angeles. The show airs on CBS.
He will most likely sing his new single, "Suit & Tie," which features Jay-Z.
It will be Timberlake's first musical appearance on television in years.
Timberlake's album, "The 20/20 Experience," drops March 19th.

Rihanna opened up to Rolling Stone about her relationship with Chris Brown.
She said: "I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that. Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it."
"When you add up the pieces from the outside, it's not the cutest puzzle in the world. You see us walking somewhere, driving somewhere, in the studio, in the club, and you think you know. But it's different now. We don't have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about s***. We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don't want to lose that."
"He doesn't have the luxury of f***ing up again. That's just not an option. I can't say that nothing else will ever go wrong. But I'm pretty solid in the knowing that he's disgusted by that. And I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."

Forbes released their list of the top-earning "American Idol" winners of 2012 and Kelly Clarkson led the list with $8 million.

Carrie shared the No. 2 spot with Chris Daughtry, whose band took in six-figures every night on tour.
Scotty McCreery came in at No. 4 with $4 million and Jennifer Hudson rounded out the Top 5 with $3 million.
Jordin Sparks ranked No. 6 with $2 million, Adam Lambert fell to No. 7 with $1.5 million after taking time off to record his new album, "Trespassing".
Katherine McPhee (1.1 million), Kellie Pickler (1.1 million) and David Archuleta (1 million) rounded out the Top 10.
Kelly Clarkson said she's still laughing about the “photobomb” former President Bill Clinton pulled at last week’s Inauguration.
Kelly said: "Everyone was peeking around. I just think it was kind of funny someone caught him. The look on his face. It was just funny."
After the surgeries, how has your voice changed?
John Mayer: "Everything changed about my voice. I don't have the projection. My laugh changed. The way I used to laugh is kind of like that 'I'm embarrassed,' high-pitched laugh. I don't really laugh that way anymore. I've found new ways around everything – new ways to talk, new ways to laugh. Now I wonder if I can go right back to the shape of my voice that I had when I was singing once I can do what I want to do with it."
Have you been writing new music?
John Mayer: "No, but I've been listening to stuff and just falling in love with certain things. I've been listening to the Grateful Dead nonstop. Mark my words, the Grateful Dead are gonna make a comeback, because of how that music cleanses your palate. They take their time, sometimes too much. This free expressive sort of spirit – I listen and I want to find a mix of that openness. I kind of want to go to that show, if it still existed. But I wish that there were tunes that I was more familiar with. I wish that I could be the singer. I wish I could have harmonies. And I wish that I could make it seven minutes instead of 13 minutes. Now I'll get the opportunity to kind of try that."
So that's where you're going musically?
John Mayer: "Yeah. My ears are done, cooked, on a traditional rhythm section, two guitar players, sideman playing along with the lead singer hoping they don't step on his toes, and the wailing – the way that everything has kind of gone for the last 10 years for me. I know how I want to live onstage. I know how happy I want to be onstage."
Before you went away you got some flak for saying various things, and then there was the Taylor Swift situation. Were these reasons why you wanted to get away?
John Mayer: "I don't know that I thought of it as a Band-Aid for anything. I just saw it as a protectant from future things. I wasn't running away, because I would have happily gone back on tour. It was like, I want to have a place over time where I can just get away to, and I happen not to be able to go anywhere else, so I'm gonna start living where I was planning on living two years from now because I was going to be on tour. When I got that place, I thought that I was going on tour. That's important to know. I thought that was going to be the place I hung out in between legs of a tour. Then it turned out there wasn't going to be a tour, and I thought, "Well, let me just go start laying down my roots there." I had spent enough time after some tough times in my life right on the street in front of everybody. I was in New York making Born and Raised for the year after and I was in L.A. finishing the record the year after that. So, no, by that point it wasn't like, 'Let me go retreat.'"
Then you started seeing Katy Perry, who's also very famous. That makes it hard to live a private life too. I can imagine that's kind of intensified lately.
John Mayer: "It makes it hard to live a life where people don't know who you are, but I haven't had any trouble in my private life at all. The only trouble I've had is maybe people geo-tagging me, but that's about it. To me it's just a matter of people knowing where you are on a given day, and I guess assessing your style when there is no style to be assessed. I don't really call that infringing on a personal life. That's just where I am, when. That's all. I mean, I'm quite happy. I'm happy in all aspects of my life. I'm very happy in all aspects of my life."
Where do you want to be in 20 years?
John Mayer: "Just playing, putting out records, having a good life, and letting other people take the ride I took. I want to live a very traditional life with a very untraditional day job. You know what I mean?"
After Chris Brown's parking-lot brawl with Frank Ocean, he tried to keep a low profile on social media. Now, he has switched off his Instagram account from public to private, which means he's basically disconnecting himself from his 2 million followers.
Before making the switch, Chris thanked his fans for all their love and support of his music and his art and posted one final message and a redirect to his official website.
He wrote: "Social media takes away the essence of why we are even special or icons. So with that, I'm detaching myself from that world."
Josh Groban discusses exes Katy Perry and January Jones in Details magazine.
Groban and Jones "were madly in love." They began dating in 2003 for a period of two-and-a-half years. Groban says, "It was definitely my longest relationship."
But they couldn't make it work.
When asked about all those rumors he and Katy Perry had a fling, Groban was hesitant (at first), but then said: "We're very good friends. We met before her first album was even released, and we hit it off because we're both goofballs."
He says it never became serious.
"We might have skated on the line of dating..."
