Barbara Walters has the chicken pox.
Whoopi Goldberg revealed on “The View” yesterday (Monday) that Walters is still in the hospital-- because of the chicken pox.
The 83-year-old Walters fell and suffered a cut on her head 11-days ago at an inauguration in Washington, DC.
Whoopi says doctors noticed she had a fever and realized it was because of the chicken pox. She has since been transferred to a hospital in New York City.
Taye Diggs stopped a man from robbing his home in Los Angeles.
The actor came home from the SAG Awards on Sunday night to find the man in his home shortly after 11 p.m. Diggs confronted the robber who took off running. He ran after him and caught him then held him until cops arrived.
The man was arrested but a getaway driver got away.
Jamie-Lynn Sigler is engaged to her pro-baseball boyfriend, Cutter Dykstra.
She made the announcement on Instagram, when she wrote, “So this just happened…” and posted a photo of her with a shocked look on her face and her new ring.
The couple have been dating for about a year.
Sigler formerly dated Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez and her former costar Jerry Ferrara. She was previously married to A.J. DiScala.
LeAnn Rimes was spotted crying uncontrollably as a friend hugged and tried to comfort her outside of a Los Angeles restaurant.
The singer was caught “sobbing” and being comforted by her close friend.
The rumor mill claims that she may have found out that her husband’s ex wife, Brandi Glanville, may be planning to include in her upcoming tell-all book.
Another rumor is that she’s not happy with her husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, who allegedly tried to cheat on her with a waitress.
Then again, it could just be the wrong day of the week.
Last week, she told Jimmy Kimmel that she “hates Mondays” because she has to check in with her publicist for updates on her bitter feud with Glanville.

Justin Bieber opened up about his breakup with Selena Gomez and admitted things haven’t been so hot.
He said: "Because at the end of the day, there's nothing like us, you know? I'm not in the happiest place that I've ever been. I'm trying to get through what I'm going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going."
Justin was also asked about the fact that both he and Selena recently covered Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River".
He said: "There's so many rumors. People say I call Selena every day and she won't pick up the phone or I'm chasing her down, and these are all fake stories."
Justin also revealed he won’t be at the upcoming Grammys.
He said: "I will not be there. But I'm rooting for Chris Brown. I'm a fan. His music is really good. That's what they should focus on: the music."
Chris Brown went on to Instagram to "indirectly" address his brawl with Frank Ocean on Sunday night at a recording studio.
Chris posted a picture from the studio with the message: “Working on my album. Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows.”
LATER:
Later, Chris posted a photo on Instagram of Jesus on the cross, with the caption: "Painting the way I feel today." Though he seems to have a hard".
"Focus on what matters!"
Rihanna was seen leaving the Playhouse nightclub in Los Angeles with a crew of friends the other night-- the same night that Chris Brown's ex, Karrueche Tran, was throwing a party to celebrate her cover of "Rolling Out" magazine.
And witnesses are saying Rihanna's appearance was no accident.
Chris Breezy was also in the building, but he stayed in the background in order to give Tran the spotlight.
Beyonce will pay "hundreds of thousands" of dollars to sing at the Super Bowl, but she'll make millions from it!
According to the UK's MailOnline, the NFL will only pay production costs, which are around $600,000. But the costs of putting on the performance are much higher, meaning Beyonce will have to pay the extra cash.
BUT.... She will make millions from the performance because of the free advertising her music will get and of course, that will lead to huge sales.
And she's also signed a $50 million deal with halftime show sponsors Pepsi.
Lady Gaga lost 156 million views from her official YouTube account today, just a month after the site lowered the "play counts" of major label acts by 2 billion views.
YouTube cleaned out all of the views that had once been uploaded to individual artists YouTube channels but had been replaced and were showing up on their VEVO channels instead.
All 156 million views were taken off her VEVO channel.
