Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, fun., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean and Kanye West lead the nominees for the 55th annual Grammy Awards with six apiece. The Black Keys, Chick Corea and Miguel are next with five apiece.
The nominations were announced during "The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown to Music's Biggest Night". The hourlong special aired live on CBS from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. It was hosted by LL Cool J and Swift and featured performances by The Band Perry and Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, fun. and Janelle Monae, Hunter Hayes, Maroon 5, Ne-Yo and The Who.

The Black Keys and Ocean also were nominated in the record of the year category for "Lonely Boy" and "Thinkin Bout You," respectively, alongside Kelly Clarkson("Stronger [What Doesn't Kill You]"), fun. featuring Monae ("We Are Young"), Gotye featuring Kimbra ("Somebody That I Used to Know") and Swift ("We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"). Swift's single was released in time to be Grammy-eligible.
"We Are Young" and "Stronger" also are up for song of the year, along with Ed Sheeran's "The A Team," Miguel's "Adorn" and Carly Rae Jepsen's summer smash "Call Me Maybe."
Meanwhile, fun., Ocean and Hayes will vie for best new artist in a field that also includes Alabama Shakes and The Lumineers.

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, at Staples Center in Los Angeles and air live on CBS from 8-11:30 p.m.

Gabriel Aubry started the fight with Halle Berry’s fiancé Oliver Martinez on Thanksgiving-- but he won’t be charged.
After their investigation, cops determined that Aubry pushed Martinez and swung at his face, making contact with his shoulder.
Cops say at that point, Olivier responded in self-defense with three punches to the face.
But Halle and Olivier have both told detectives and prosecutors they do not want him charged with a crime because they do not believe it would be in Nahla's best interests.

Martinez is from France and sources say his family and friends all live in France and he is desperate to move back there.

Allegedly, Eminem's 16-year-old daughter, Hailie Scott Mathers, called Taylor Swift a "whore" on Twitter for dating One Direction's Harry Styles.
But, a rep for the rapper claimed the Twitter account didn’t even belong to the girl.
One of the tweets from the account said, "If Taylor Swift is really dating the love of my life Harry Styles I will not be happy!"
The account later wrote, "Dear Taylor Swift, please stop whoring around with every guy you see. We all know you're only doing it so you can make another album . . . I am never, ever, ever, listening to your music again Taylor Swift. Like ever."
The impostor behind the messages reportedly apologized for the comments after receiving a lot of criticism, and then deactivated the account.
Psy's "Gangnam Style" is heading towards 1 billion views on YouTube, which means he's getting richer click by click.
With one song, the 34-year-old is set to become a millionaire from just YouTube ads and iTunes downloads.
He'll make even more cash from TV commercials.
PSY and his camp will bring in at least $7.9 million this year.
"Gangnam Style" is the most-watched video on YouTube ever. PSY's official channel on YouTube has almost 1.3 billion views.
PSY also earns money from views of videos that parody his songs. In the last week of September when "Gangnam Style" had around 300 million views, more than 33,000 videos were parodies.
"Gangnam Style" has been downloaded 2.7 million times in the U.S. and has been No. 1 or No. 2 for most weeks since its debut. The song sells for $1.29 on Apple's iTunes Store. Apple keeps about 30 percent of all sales, so PSY is set to get paid more than $2.4 million.
No word on how much PSY keeps and how much goes to his managers, staff and record label. Word has it that PSY gets 70 percent and everyone else gets 30 percent for U.S. downloads.
