Lindsay Lohan was arrested for punching a psychic at a club in New York City-- and the fight apparently was over Max George, a singer from The Wanted.
Sources say the actress has a crush on Max and the two were talking at the club. He was also flirting with another woman and that’s when Lindsay walked over and hit psychic Tiffany Eve Mitchell even though she wasn’t the woman he was talking to.
Mitchell’s husband said the bouncer didn’t want to get involved because it was Lohan so he had to call cops himself.
He added that he saw something was going on with Max and they were just caught up in something that was nothing to do with them.

Spies claim Lindsay Lohan was drinking and doing cocaine before she was arrested for punching a psychic at a club in New York City.
An eyewitness at the club say the actress was completely out of control and she was drinking way too much and was doing cocaine.
The source said Lohan attacked the woman out of nowhere and spit at her.
The source adds that Lindsay gets very angry when she drinks.

Lindsay Lohan is going to try and avoid jail by going to rehab for six months.
Sources say Lindsay's manager and agent have been telling her for months that she must go to rehab to save her life.
But now that her probation will likely be revoked due to her two recent arrests the source say she now realizes she needs help.
The source says it's very likely that Lindsay won't fight the probation violation charges and throw herself at the mercy of the court and hopes to avoid jail time by going to rehab for at least six months.
Lindsay Lohan’s bad week continues as she was charged with three crimes including lying to cops in connection with her car crash in Santa Monica back in June.
The Santa Monica City Attorney charged the actress yesterday (Thursday) just hours after she was arrested in New York City for assault.
Lohan told cops she wasn't driving her Porsche when it crashed but cops had evidence that proved she was behind the wheel.
Lohan was charged with giving false information to a cop, obstructing or resisting a police officer and reckless driving.
When she is arraigned on the charges-- probably next week -- the judge will revoke her probation in the jewelry heist case and set a hearing to determine if she will go to jail for a long period of time.
NFL player Tim Tebow, is a virgin, and his new girlfriend, Camilla Belle, says that she is too.
26-year-old Camilla is a knockout brunette who has been secretly dating the 25-year-old baller since the summer.
An insider said, “Tim is looking for a woman so he can have a proper engagement and church wedding, and he’s told friends that Camilla fits the bill.”
The highly religious couple was spotted getting affectionate during on a date in Florida several weeks ago.

Gordon was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia on Wednesday night after he was going 82 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone in a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic.

After a long court battle and an ugly fistfight, Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry (may) have settled their differences over custody of their 4 ½-year-old daughter Nahla.
They had a hearing on Thursday and Halle Berry’s attorney read a statement that said, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
Aubry showed up to court wearing dark sunglasses to mask his bruised face, but Berry her fiancé Olivier Martinez did not attend.
It's unclear whether Aubry's restraining order against Martinez is still in effect or not.
Meanwhile, LAPD officials said that the fight between Aubry and Martinez is still under investigation.
The legendary "Batmobile" from the Batman TV series will be up for auction in January.
Batmobile No. 1 is listed as Lot 5037 for the Barrett-Jackson auction. It takes place in Arizona January 13-20.
The Batmobile started out as a Lincoln Futura concept car before famous Southern California car customizer George Barris got his hands on it and turned it into a TV star. The original Batmobile was a bubble-topped concept car that was unveiled at the 1955 Chicago Auto Show. Barris bought the light blue Lincoln Futura concept to add to his personal collection.
He kept the car in his garage for years before a meeting with the producer of the "Batman" TV series. The producer gave him a budget of $15,000 and a 15-day timeline to build a car fit for the Batcave.
It has a 1956 Lincoln V-8 engine and a bunch of Bat-gadgets, including a Bat Ray Projector, Batscope, Bat Eye Switch, Remote Batcomputer, Batphone, Emergency Bat Turn Lever and Bat Smoke.
The price for the 1966 Batmobile isn’t public, but bids in the millions are expected for the piece of automotive and Hollywood history.
The car is scheduled to cross the auction block January 19th.
The event is expected to attract some of the world's most financially well-off car collectors.

Sources say Angus T. Jones probably won't return to "Two and a Half Men" if the show is renewed for an 11th season.

His former co-star Charlie Sheen has an idea. He said Jones is welcome on his new show, "Anger Management", any time.

Three contestants from season two of "The Voice"-- Juliet Simms (Team CeeLo), Chris Mann (Team Christina) and RaeLynn (Team Blake) – will return to perform on Dec. 11.

Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson suffered a stroke yesterday morning. He's being treated at a hospital in Las Vegas.
83-year-old Jackson "is in very good spirits" and expects to be sent home from the hospital today.
The "mild" stroke is similar to two others he suffered in the past five years.
