Lindsay Lohan was arrested at 4 AM today in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub.
Lohan got into some sort of argument with a woman as they sat in separate booths near each other. Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl.
According to TMZ, by the time cops arrived Lindsay had left the club and was a passenger in a car that was leaving the area. Cops caught up to Lindsay and made the arrest.
Lindsay Lohan was hanging out at a trendy LA nightspot when she cleared up the question of whether or not she was still a lesbian.
A waiter reportedly approached her and whispered, “The lady at the next table would like to buy you a drink!”
That’s when Lohan politely declined, looked over at the woman who appeared to be in her late 20s, and mouthed: “Thanks anyway.”
Later that night, she bumped into the woman in the ladies’ room and her admirer said, “Lindsay, I’ve been staring at you all night. You’re so beautiful! I want to go out with you. I think we’d be a great couple!”
She smiled but told her, “Thanks for the compliment, but I’m not into girls anymore – that was just a phase I was going through.”
(Lohan famously dated DJ Samantha Ronson.)
Nicki Minaj called former American Idol judge Steven Tyler a racist for comments he made during an interview and now Steven is hitting back.
He said: "I'm the farthest from racist. Seriously I said if Bob Dylan came on the show, as far as them judging, she'd probably send him to the cornfield. I don't know what she read into that. It meant to pass on him because of the way he sings and nothing more."
Jessica Simpson is pregnant again just seven months after giving birth to daughter Maxwell.
Sources say it definitely wasn't planned, but the singer is pregnant-- again.
Earlier this year she and fiancé Eric Johnson welcomed their first daughter.
Simpson signed a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers to help her lose her baby weight and it’s unclear how the pregnancy will affect the deal.
The company said: "Any questions related to Jessica's personal life can only be answered by her team.”

Meanwhile, the judge has said that he'll set a trial date February 15th of next year.
Actor Jason Patric is involved in a custody war with his ex-girlfriend: He has changed his mind about being involved in the child’s life.
Patric agreed to donate his sperm so his ex could have a baby, but part of the deal was that she could never tell anyone about it or ask for financial support.
He’s been in an on-again-off-again relationship with Danielle Schreiber for more than a decade, and when they broke up in 2009, he agreed to give her his sperm as a parting gift with no strings attached.
When they briefly got back together last year, he got attached to their son, and recently filed legal documents asking a judge to award him shared custody.
Danielle is reportedly fine with voluntarily giving him the right to spend time with the boy, but objects to ordered visitation since she doesn't believe he should have any legal rights.
"Dancing With the Stars" partners Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy were spotted together (arm-in-arm) in New York City yesterday.
During the finale of the show, Kelly said: "Listen, I hope everybody can have friendships like this.
"I mean, this is what it is. It's a foundation of an amazing friendship. I know you're laughing, but it's true!"
Val added, "This is what it is: It's unconditional love for each other, whatever that label is. It doesn't have to be boyfriend-and-girlfriend. It's a relationship that I cherish. She can rely on me and I know I can rely on her."
CONCLUSION: Friends with benefits?

The 19-year-old has said that he wants to go to college so he might use that as an excuse to leave.
Sources say the actor feels terrible that he caused huge problems for the cast and crew when he called the show "filth" in a religious video rant.

It looks like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are back on: They enjoyed a romantic dinner in New York.
The couple walked in and took their own table. Sources told US Weekly the couple looked "happy and in love".
One source said: "They were giggling, like nothing ever happened. They were flirting and looked so happy together. When it came time to leave, Justin held her hand and looked very protective of her. It was sweet."
Carly Rae Jepsen is actually a grown woman. She's on the January cover of Cosmopolitan and explained how her youthful image has worked against her.
She said: "If people think I look younger, then that's great; I'm stoked. But I turned 27 in November, and when I look in the mirror, I see all of the years attached to that face, and I'm content with me."
"I love being classy and as elegant as possible in my apartment. But when I'm onstage, I can't dance in 4-inch heels, so I'll generally sport flats. I'm 5-foot-2, so yeah, I'm going to look a little bit more playful. But I don't think that means I'm trying for an age younger than I am."
Now that she's become a star with her single "Call Me Maybe", Carly Rae hopes people will give the rest of her album a listen.
She said: "For me, the goal of music has never been 'I need to be the biggest superstar in the world.' It was 'I want to spend my life doing this, and I want to make a career that I can live off of so I don't have to tend bar and waitress to make this fly.' I don't want to be Cinderella for a night. I want to be Cinderella for life."

PSY brought the world “Gangnam Style” and is the most-viewed video on YouTube.
And two members of Pussy Riot remain in prison in Russia over a protest performance earlier this year.
The music acts are up for the title along with Barack Obama, both of the Clintons, Bashar Assad, Marissa Mayer and a few Olympians.
There are 38 candidates in total. The winner will be announced December 14th.
Rihanna is taking Chris Brown to Barbados for the New Year.
Rihanna says he and Chris are just good friends, but she still wants to show her family how much he has changed. So she booked them into a five-star villa on the island for a “bonding holiday”.
Rihanna has also planned for Chris’ mother to fly out so the two sets of families can spend time together.
A source said: “The more the public criticize Rihanna for getting back with Chris, the more determined she is to do whatever she wants. While no one else can understand it, she’s convinced that Chris is the love of her life and her soulmate and that they’re simply meant to be together. She’s booked him and his mom into a five-star villa in Barbados over New Year so they can all get some downtime with her family. They’re unrepentant and they want to show the whole world that they’ve moved on from what happened in 2009."
Rita Ora is replacing Rihanna as the villain in the upcoming movie " Fast And Furious 6".
Rihanna was last seen in "Battleship" this year. She has scheduling issues, so filmmakers went with Rita instead.
A source told the UK's Sun: "Rihanna impressed movie bosses with her role in 'Battleship'. But schedules didn't work out and Rita really shone during castings. They loved her look and her attitude."
More details will be announced soon.
Harry Styles is not dating Taylor Swift!

Remember that story about Justin Bieber making a baby? Well, the problem hasn't gone away yet. According to Daily News Hollywood, Mariah Yeater's attorney still hasn’t received results from DNA tests Justin claims he took.
A statement from the lawyer said: “I have not seen DNA test results or had them scrutinized. If there was a first test, and I have no documentation to say there even was, I wasn’t provided with the results. I have not had my demands for an independent DNA test carried out by Mr. Bieber.”
The news came 13 months after Yeater filed legal papers claiming Bieber was a dad. A couple of weeks later, she dropped the suit, claiming she and her attorneys would try to negotiate a settlement.
At the time, Justin said he had taken a paternity test because he “wanted everything to be out there in the open.” He has denied even meeting Yeater.
Yeater has said she’d like to see Justin involved in her son's life.
No comment from Bieber’s reps.
Adele's "21" had two major achievements this week.
It topped the 10 million mark in U.S. sales. And did so in less than two years, faster than any other album since *NSYNC's "No Strings Attached" hit 10 Million in its 43rd week in January 2001.
The last album to sell 10 Million copies was Usher's "Confessions", which came out in 2004. But that album took more than four times as long as Adele's to sell 10 Million copies.
21 is the 21st album to sell 10 million copies in the U.S. since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking sales for Billboard in 1991. It's the second by a British artist, following the Beatles' "1".
This playlist includes the top ten most played songs in history based on a one week time frame:
1. 212.1 million plays, "We Belong Together," Mariah Carey, 2005
2. 196.3 million plays, "Irreplaceable," Beyonce, 2007
3. 192.5 million plays, "No One," Alicia Keys, 2007
4. 189.6 million plays, "Let Me Love You," Mario, 2005
5. 175.6 million plays, "Gold Digger," Kanye West featuring Jamie Foxx, 2005
6. 172.8 million plays, "Yeah!," Usher featuring Lil Jon & Ludacris, 2004
7. 172.3 million plays, "My Boo," Usher and Alicia Keys, 2004
8. 171.4 million plays, "Be Without You," Mary J. Blige, 2006
9. 170.2 million plays, "In Da Club," 50 Cent, 2003
10. 167.7 million plays, "Dilemma," Nelly featuring Kelly Rowland, 2002

Gavin DeGraw and Colbie Caillat used downtime on their recent tour to co-write a new single together. "We Both Know," is set to appear in the upcoming film, "Safe Haven," which will hit theaters on Valentine's Day.
It was their first time collaborating and writing a song together and they did it all on a bus ride to Nashville.
DeGraw said: "It was an overnight drive on the bus and it all just kind of happened. It was awesome. It was magical, it was this magic moment. I want it on my next album too. It would have to say 'Colbie featuring Gavin' though. I really think this song deserves it."
Caillat said: "I think the song is going to be the ringtone that people choose for the person that they are in love with."
The Pussycat Dolls vowed to never reunite with Nicole Scherzinger.
Carmit Bachar blamed the group's split on Nicole's ambition to go solo and her distant relationship with her bandmates.
Bachar said: "Nicole tried to do a solo album, but it did not work and I think that hurt the label and everyone else in the end. I heard she did a ton of demos which weren't cheap. In a scramble they tried to get the Dolls to do a second album. They weren't really hot album songs, it didn't sound like us. I think that's when the other girls decided they had reached the end of the road."
"All of the Dolls are still friends, apart from Nicole. Nicole knows I had a child, my daughter Kaela Rose last year, but she never got in touch. A Pussycat Dolls reunion isn't out of the question. Five of us - and not Nicole - could happen. But all six? Never. Too much water under the bridge."
Justin Bieber has had a huge year financially. He earned $55 million in 12 months. But he didn’t top Forbes list of the highest-paid musicians.
That honor went to Dr. Dre, who pulled in $110 million.
Biebs barely broke the top 10.
Dre led the pack, thanks to his Beats headphone line. He collected $100 million pretax when HTC paid $300 million for a 51% stake in the company last year.
This year's list has an international flavor. Among the top five, only Dre is from the United States.
Pink Floyd's Roger Waters ranked second with $88 million, with almost all of it coming from his The Wall Live tour. He grossed $158 million on 63 shows in the first six months of 2012.
Fellow Brit Elton John claimed the third spot with $80 million.
U2 ranks fourth with $78 million. British boy band Take That rounded out the top five with $69 million.
Other highlights on the list include: Toby Keith, who tied Bieber for tenth with $55 million. Taylor Swift earned $57 million, same as Paul McCartney.
Coldplay and Adele claimed the 21st and 22nd spots with $37 million and $35 million, respectively.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé combined to earn $78 million.
Eight of the top 25 acts are from England or Ireland.
Rihanna's "Unapologetic" opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Her seventh album is her first No. 1 after six top 10 sets dating back to her first album in 2005. The set sold 238,000 copies.
Taylor Swift's "Red" held at No. 2 with 185,000 copies sold.
One Direction's "Take Me Home," fell from No. 1 to No. 3, "American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips' debut album "The World From the Side of the Moon" started at No. 4 and Kid Rock's "Rebel Soul" started at No. 5.
Rihanna's "Unapologetic" is her first Billboard 200 No. 1 album and she's also been awarded with the nation's No. 1 song. "Diamonds" held on to the top spot on the chart for a second straight week. Rihanna is just the second artist this year to lead both of Billboard's album and song rankings simultaneously. Adele did it in February. The track sold 176,000 downloads.
The last artist before Adele to control the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 was when Eminem's "Love the Way You Lie," featuring Rihanna, led the Hot 100 in 2010, while his "Recovery" album held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.
Ke$ha's "Die Young" climbed up a spot to No. 2.
Maroon 5's "One More Night" dropped 2-3, Bruno Mars shot to No. 4 with "Locked Out of Heaven" and PSY's "Gangnam Style" moved up 7-5.
