A Denver man is accused of stealing Tim Allen’s customized 1996 Chevy Impala.
The suspect (Faustino Ibarra) claims he "didn’t break into (Allen’s) garage". The man claims the actor "left the door open and he left me the keys so I could get the car and take it to Denver.”
The man's family found the car outside their home Friday night and called police.
But there’s a twist.
A reporter asked the suspect: “You obviously know this is Tim Allen`s car?”
The suspect replied: “He’s my dad."
He claims Allen adopted him years ago and that Allen had allowed him to take the car.
In his words: “I emailed my dad the morning that I got the car in and everything is fine and I’ve got the car and it`s ready for you and we need to talk about me coming to live with you."
The suspect argues, “I don`t care how it sounds, I know who I am. He knows who I am. He knows who he is."
He denies that he has mental health issues and says no matter what anyone thinks, his alleged father, the actor will not pursue charges.

The Beatles audition that was rejected by a record label executive is called the biggest blunder in pop history.
The tape from that audition will go up for auction tomorrow at an auction in London.
The 10-song tape was recorded on New Year's Day, 1962, at the Decca record label studios in London.
Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Pete Best - who would later be replaced on drums by Ringo Starr - performed up to 15 songs at the session, 10 of which appear on the tape.
The tape is expected to sell for between $29,000 and $32,000. It comes with a hand-written track list and black-and-white photograph of the musicians posing in leather jackets.
Decca's senior A&R representative Dick Rowe became known as "the man who turned down the Beatles." He decided against signing them in favor of Brian Poole & The Tremeloes, who also auditioned that day.
Rowe also went on to sign the Rolling Stones, who went on to become one of the biggest acts in British rock.
Mick Jagger says an elderly lady showed him naked photos.
It’s one of the many stories in his new biography.
In New York, Mick “was stopped on the street by a grey haired, grandmotherly woman who said she had a photograph she wanted to show him. It proved to be of herself, lying on a bed, naked, with legs spread wide. When Mick showed distaste, the vintage vamp grabbed his hair and pulled him to the ground. Two or three of the NYPD minders had to work quite hard to disentangle them."
In Texas, Mick come close to being covered in butter before the band's tour manager stepped in: He “was approached by a young blonde woman who introduced herself as 'The Butter Queen' and said her handbag contained a pound and a half of butter which she wanted to spread all over Mick's nude body, then lick off. Any other Stone would do equally well, she said, but she time was short, as she had to collect her young son from school."

Frank Sinatra's assistant was his high school buddy and, after working for him for 50 years, he offered juicy details of the legendary singer's bad behavior and his rude treatment of the women who loved him.
He told a story of when Sinatra ordered him to throw a plate of spare ribs covered in sauce in the face of a glamorous starlet he was dating.
During another incident, Sinatra sent him to find his then-wife Ava Gardner's wedding ring after she threw it out of a 14-story hotel room window during an explosive fight.
He also claimed he kept $20,000 in his pocket for Sinatra and told about the time that Sinatra didn’t want him to gamble, so he sent a tall blonde to his hotel room that kept him inside the room for three days.

Actress Elizabeth Montgomery was TV's sweetheart, but a new book reveals her 'other' life as a highly desirable woman in Hollywood.
Off-screen, the blonde beauty struggled to find happiness, running through four rocky marriages and bewitching many of Hollywood's leading men.
The book claims that she cast a spell on such stars as Elvis Presley, Dean Martin and Gary Cooper.
As the daughter of movie legend, Robert Montgomery, she reportedly suffered from a "father complex", and often fell in love with older men and sought out troubled lovers who abused her physically and mentally.
One source said, “She was always looking for the 'bad boy', which may have been part of her rebellion against her father.”
In the early Sixties, she became a close friend of President John F Kennedy, but Montgomery never spoke about whether or not they shared a romance.
Montgomery was 62 years old when she died of cancer in 1995. She married four times and had three children with her third husband, “Bewitched” producer Bill Asher.

A Russian court dismissed a lawsuit that asked for millions of dollars in damages from Madonna for traumatizing minors by speaking up for gay rights during a concert in the country.
The ruling came after a one-day hearing where plaintiffs claimed that Madonna's so-called "propaganda of perversion" would negatively affect Russia's birthrate and "erode the nation's defense capability by depriving the country of future soldiers."
At one point, the judge threatened to expel journalists from the courtroom if they laughed too much.
In the end, the court threw out the Trade Union of Russian Citizens' lawsuit and the 333 million rubles ($10.7 million) it wanted sought from Madge for exposing youths to "homosexual propaganda."

Police had asked prosecutors to consider filing a misdemeanor battery charge against Justin, but investigators didn’t find any visible injuries, video or photographs to confirm what the photographer had told them.
This past May, Justin was leaving a theater in Calabasas, California with Selena Gomez when he had the encounter in a parking lot. A doctor found only superficial injuries, and police didn’t see any injuries on the paparazzo.
Authorities also interviewed witnesses and none of them said he kicked the man. They also claimed the guy kept taking photos as Justin and Selena left.

Taylor Swift admitted that she doesn't have a clue about life.
The 22-year-old said: "I have so much to learn. I know nothing compared to what I'm going to know someday. I tend to think things are love and then look back and reevaluate. I don’t think there’s an option for me to fall in love slowly, or at medium speed. I either do or I don’t."
"I don’t think it through, which is a good thing and a bad thing. You don’t look before you leap, which is like, ‘Yay, this is awesome! Let’s not think twice!’ And then you’re like, ‘We used to be flying. Now we’re falling. What’s happening?’"
Taylor did say she has figured out one thing: she finds bad boys appealing.
She said: "There’s a really interesting charisma involved. They usually have a lot to say, and even if they don’t, they know how to look at you to say it all. I think every girl’s dream is to find a bad boy at the right time, when he wants to not be bad anymore."

Ke$ha album, "Warrior," drops November 30th. In it, she collaborated with The Strokes' Julian Casablancas and Fabrizio Moretti and Patrick Carney of The Black Keys. She admitted that she wasn't even sure how Casablancas and Moretti got involved on the project.
Ke$ha said: "They just were down, and I was down. A friend of mine plays with Julian and we kind of knew each other, and Julian really likes Dr. Luke so they were talking, and it kind of happened, oddly organically and in a strange way. I'm a huge fan of their music, and they're on one of my favorite songs on the record."
"They are part of a long list of some of my favorite bands that have actually collaborated with me on 'Warrior'. It's really exciting for me to work with people that are unexpected. I hope people freak out. I kind of freaked out."
When it came to getting Patrick Carney, Ke$ha admitted it was all about calling on a friend.
She said: "He's a close friend. I really wanted to capture that essence that my mom used to talk about - all my favorite records were made of people being friends and jamming and making music in an organic, spontaneous way, and I wanted to capture as much of that on a pop record as I could."

Paul McCartney regrets the way that the image of his Beatles bandmate John Lennon has been formed since his death.
Paul said: "There is this period of John which is all pre-Beatles, pre-huge fame, pre-drugs – and it is another John completely – that was always right there until the end. He got much sweeter, too, once he settled in New York. Once he was reunited with Yoko, and they had Sean, he became this sweet personality again then when he was more comfortable with himself."
"But the acerbic John is the one we know and love, you know, because he was clever with it, so it was very attractive. But, for me, I have more than a slight affection for the John I knew ten, when we were first writing songs, when we would try and do things the old songwriters had done."
"I slightly regret the way John's image has formed, and because he died so tragically it has become set in concrete. The acerbic side was there but it was only part of him. He was also such a sweet, lovely man – a really sweet guy."
