Supposedly, this is the holdup in the divorce and they won’t file until a settlement is reached.

Justin Bieber had both a computer and a camera stolen from his concert in the state of Washington.

For his sake, let's hope there won’t be a Justin Bieber sex tape coming out any time soon.
One Direction is teaming up with Pepsi and NFL star Drew Brees for an ad that will debut this week.
The clip shows One Direction and Brees in a head-to-head competition for a can of Pepsi. Brees also performs with the group.
It's part of Pepsi's "Live for Now" campaign, which has also featured Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry.
Stevie Nicks apologized after saying she would have strangled Nicki Minaj if she attacked her like she did Mariah Carey.
When asked about the recent blowup between Mariah and Nicki, she said: "How dare this little girl! If I had been Mariah I would have walked over to Nicki and strangled her to death right there. I would have killed her in front of all those people and had to go to jail for it."
But now, Nicks regrets her comments and said they came after a grueling day with the media.
She said: "I want to apologize for my remarks about Nicki Minaj's behavior toward Mariah Carey which I said during a long and exhausting day of interviews. It was very out of character for me and I deeply regret what I said. I feel very protective toward Mariah Carey who has gone through many difficulties in her life and I spoke without thinking. I think all artists should be respectful toward one another and that includes me. I am truly sorry."
Justin Bieber is the latest victim of a prank trend that's targeting celebrities in the LA area. It's called "swatting".
An emergency message went into the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Malibu-Lost Hills station from Justin's home in Calabasas about a person with a weapon. The message was delivered through a special device that's usually used by the deaf to type text over the telephone. In the case of celebrities, those calls lead to a tactical response, including heavily armed officers.
The deputies responded to Bieber's home and called people on the property who told them they never called. Officers figured that it was a prank call.
Last week, police last got called to Ashton Kutcher's home after a woman used the same system to report she was hiding in a closet because there was a man with a gun inside. But after interviewing workers at the home and contacting Kutcher himself, investigators figured it was a hoax.

On life after rehab: "I'm consistently busy, but I make sure I spend a lot of time with my friends and family. I did kind of a friend cleanse right after rehab, where I weeded out people who didn't have my best interests at heart."
On fellow female stars Taylor Swift and Adele: "I love the way that Adele has carved out a path for a singer that's very emotional. But I also love how Taylor Swift can do the same thing -- she puts a lot into her songs yet they're still very catchy."
On today's music: "I will say that I'm tired of all the dubstep that's on the radio right now. I think it's going to be out in two months. I want to make something that people will listen to for a while, rather than something that's just trendy. I feel like I've grown as a person, and I want my music to grow with me."
Teen Vogue's November issue hits newsstands next week.
Harry Styles on being a womanizer: "I wouldn't say I'm girl-crazy, because that makes me sound like a bit of a womanizer. That isn't really me. But I am quite flirty — maybe too flirty. I'm an 18-year-old boy, and I like to have fun."
Zayn Malik on the way to his heart: "Some girls like to say one thing and mean another. And me being who I am, I'm very straightforward. Everything is very black and white for me. I don't really like playing mind games."
Niall Horan on all those Demi Lovato dating rumors: "The nice thing about Demi is, once you know her, she's really, really beautiful. We became good friends. It's so crazy that she can be so honest about everything she's gone through. She has a fantastic attitude. If I ever needed anything or needed to talk to anybody, I think Demi would be the person to talk to."
Liam Payne on his recent breakup: "I am really devastated by the breakup. We had an amazing time together, but unfortunately sometimes things don't go as you planned."
Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" was named Song of the Year at the BMI Awards.
The song was awarded the prize after becoming the most-played track on US TV and radio in 2011. It got 1.35 million airplays.
Since its release in January 2011, "Rolling in the Deep" has had 2 million total airplays in total, which is the equivalent of it being heard back-to-back for more than 12 years.
Adele also won two other awards for "Someone Like You" and "Set Fire to the Rain", which were among the most-played pop songs last year.
Chris Brown was seen handing over a bundle of cash to his ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran this week, after they split up over his friendship with Rihanna.
Chris apparently wants to make sure his ex is taken care of and wants her to spend his money on a house.
A source told the UK's Sun: "Neither Rihanna nor Chris want to make things harder for her than they already are. Chris wants to set her up financially and do right by her - he wants her to stay in his life if possible. Rihanna called Karreuche for a proper heart-to-heart. They needed to air a few problems. The girls talked for close to two hours. Rih answered all of the questions and Karrueche had a few home truths to tell her."
Kelly Clarkson has opened up about her plans for the future with her boyfriend, talent manager Brandon Blackstock.
She said, "We met years ago when I was working with Rascal Flatts, and he used to tour manage with him. I didn't really know he was [my manager's] son and it was kind of weird. I was like, 'Dude I gotta know that guy.'
“… He came up and said he was from the same home town as me and I was like, 'Oh we're so getting married' -- I was so that girl! When he became single, I was on the prowl."
Kelly also said that even though she’s from a family of broken marriages, she plans to break the trend with him.
Justin Bieber's new anti-cyberbullying video helped his manager and a record executive resolve a legal issue. The video is part of a plea deal settling charges that were filed after a mall fan frenzy in 2009.
Justin's manager and executive were arrested after police shut down an autograph session at a clothing store over fears someone could get hurt. More than 3,000 teens and younger girls had shown up.
Bieber never showed up, but at one point while they were trying to disperse the crowd, they had issued because of a message on Justin's Twitter account saying: "On my way to Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY to sign and meet fans! I'm pumped. See u there."
Police had asked Bieber's staff to send a tweet from his account to tell fans that the event was cancelled. Island Def Jam Record Music Group employees couldn’t tweet on Bieber's account because his manager, Scooter Braun, had changed the account's password to prevent anyone from cancelling the event.
About 90 minutes after the police made their request, Braun sent two tweets cancelling the event and the crowd left. Braun and a Def Jam Records executive were charged with misdemeanors. The charges were dropped in a plea deal that let Bieber's record company and a management company plead guilty to fire code violations.
The agreement also ordered Bieber to record the anti-cyberbullying public service announcement video.
No comment from Justin or his camp.
