Sources say the TV mogul feels Mezhgan "deserves" the home for putting up with all of the publicity and scrutiny that comes with dating him.

On Monday's "The View", Barbara Walters asked Elisabeth Hasselbeck if she likes rough sex.
The women were talking about the erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."
Joy Behar noted that Barbara was "looking very S&M" in a leather jacket.
Barbara commented. "When you go home, you want the guy to be in charge. More than be in charge, do very kinky things."
"You're a powerful woman. What do you like, Barbara?" Hasselbeck wondered.
"What about you and your husband?" Barbara returned.
"Do you like it when he's rough?" Barbara asked Hasselbeck.

Justin said: "I like very clean, almost modern architecture and the obstacle with something like that is making it extremely warm, because it doesn't naturally lend itself to that. With everything we do together, we try to get the juxtaposition right. To make pieces and rooms that are multifaceted, that blend different genres of architecture and design."
A disabled woman, whois a professor of medicine at UC Irvine, has filed a lawsuit against Johnny Depp.
She claims that the actor's bodyguards assaulted her at an Iggy Pop concert at the Hollywood Palladium Theater last year.
The woman claims that Depp's bodyguards restrained her unprovoked as she tried to get to her seat in the V.I.P. area of the concert. The papers go on to claim that the bodyguards pried her cell phone from her hand "one finger at a time," put her in handcuffs and dragged her away, during which time her pants fell off.
She claims her pre-existing spondyloarthritis and fibromyalgia, which affects her joints and back, was ex acerbated in the alleged tussle. The documents also claim that the woman sustained a dislocated left elbow, bleeding and bruising.
The papers do not specify the amount of damages the woman is seeking.

Emily Blunt is in negotiations to star opposite Tom Cruise in "All You Need Is Kill", a sci-fi war film with a twist.
Cruise stars as a raw recruit who gets killed in action but, in Groundhog Day fashion, is reborn each day to fight, and die, again and again. He begins trying to train himself to be a better soldier in hope of changing his fate.
Blunt would play Valkyrie One, one of humankind’s best soldiers.
Last night on "Dancing with the Stars", contestants turned up the heat for Latin Night... performing the salsa, samba and the Argentine tango.
Maria Menounos and Derek Hough performed one of the night's sexiest routines, sealing their salsa with a controversial kiss. The couple earned 27 points.
Two couples tied for the night's top score: Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas performed an Argentine tango that earned 29 points.
Also earning 29 points for their their Argentine tango were Cheryl Burke and William Levy, who was recovering from an injured ankle.
Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd earned 27 points for a powerful Argentine tango.
Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower scored 26 points for their salsa.
Jaleel White and Kym Johnson opened the night with a 24-point samba.
Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus performed a "simple but effective" samba, and ended up with 22 points.
Melissa Gilbert bounced back from her head injury last week, earning 21 points for a salsa with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff are at the bottom of the leader board for a samba which was only given 19 points.
Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera's team met in "The Voice"'s quarterfinals Monday.
Both mentors were to immediately eliminate one of their mentees at the end of the night – but not before taking the stage to perform with their team.
Teen country sensation RaeLynn performed a rendition of Jason Aldean's "Country Girl". Blake told her: "This is the most proud moment I've had this whole season. ... You just proved to America that country can kick ass."
Team Blake's Jermaine Paul performed Phil Collins's "Against All Odds." Christina Aguilera called him her 'favorite'.
Blake agreed, saying he believed the performance would be a "turning point" for Jermaine.
Ashley De La Rosa performed a rock version of Jewel's "Foolish Games." Blake said that Christina saving Ashley a couple of weeks ago was "the smartest decision that's been made this year."
Later, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera each took the stage with their four remaining team members, with Team Christina performing Aguilera's hit "Fighter," and Team Blake tackling the Eagles's "Heartache Tonight."
Adam Levine joined his Maroon 5 on stage – along with Wiz Khalifa – to debut their new single, "Payphone."
When it finally came time for the eliminations, both Shelton and Aguilera struggled with their decisions.
Blake chose to eliminate Jordis Unga based on audience votes two weeks ago that placed her in the bottom three.
Christina Aguilera chose to let Jesse Campbell go.
After Campbell's performance of Beyoncé's "Halo" earlier in the evening, which he dedicated to his daughter, Adam Levine told him he was a "huge, huge favorite" to win the entire competition. Whoops.
Audience votes announced on tonight's episode of "The Voice" will determine which of the remaining six contestants from Team Christina and Team Blake will stay in the competition.
Alec Baldwin told the Washington Press Corps that he will continue to star on NBC's "30 Rock" through the show’s upcoming seventh season -- which he also said will be the series’ last.
Baldwin made the announcement while speaking at the National Press Club, where he was lobbying for the nonprofit Americans for the Arts. Baldwin is scheduled to hit Capitol Hill today (to encourage Congress to increase arts funding).

Whitney Houston's mom said the chances of Rihanna her daughter in a movie about her are slim and none.
Cissy said: "Over my dead body!”
According to a source: “Cissy believes Rihanna celebrates everything she hated about Whitney’s life — the drugging, the boxing, the abusive relationship. Cissy does not think Whitney should be represented by someone like Rihanna. In spite of what anyone thought about Whitney, she sees her as a God-fearing Christian who loved the Lord.
"Cissy said IF there is a movie made about Whitney, she would insist on approving the actress. And Rihanna certainly would NOT be on the list.”
Was Rihanna dining naked in Sydney, Australia?
She was wearing a pewter trench-coat, red heels and lips, and apparently nothing else. And she reportedly wore the coat through the entire meal.

Rumor has it...
Rihanna is practically begging to get back together with Chris Brown, but it looks more and more like he couldn’t be happier with Karrueche Tran.
Chris was performing in Australia over the weekend, and Karrueche wasn’t too far from his thoughts.
He wrote: “You are my rock! Help me get out of my own way!”
