Amanda Bynes plans to sue magazines over their photos of her.
One tweet was directed at In Touch Weekly, which she claims used "fake altered photos" to go with its new cover story about her "because they f--king hate me."
The magazine used an older photo of Bynes on the cover with the words "Destroyed By Fame," and in the issue they published a several pictures from inside Bynes’ New York City apartment.
Bynes tweeted, "That's not my bed! Those aren't my toes! My toes are pedicured! They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes."
She then writes, "I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that's not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery."
The California high school senior who wanted Kate Upton to be his prom date has scored another supermodel: Nina Agdal.
Upton politely declined his prom proposal "due to a conflict in her schedule". However, Agdal, who has modeled for Victoria's Secret and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, said yes.
It is unclear whether he actually asked the model, or if Inside Edition contacted her on his behalf, for the purpose of a television segment.

Some people believe actor and comedian Andy Kaufman didn't actually die-- he faked his death as the ultimate prank.
Now, a small group of fans claims he's alive and living in Albuquerque.
Kaufman was considered by some as less of a comedian and more of a performance artist who wanted to make the audience question reality.
One reason his fans believe he’s alive is that he reportedly told people that he was going to fake his death years before he allegedly passed away from cancer.
Fans also say that Kaufman has a biological son who spent years tracking down his father before he supposedly found him in Albuquerque two years ago.
If he were alive today, he’d be 64 years old.
Steve Forrest, who starred as Lt. Dan “Hondo” Harrelson on the 1970s ABC action series S.W.A.T., died on May 18 in Thousand Oaks, Calif. He was 87.
Forrest also made guest-starring appearances in such television classics as "The Virginian", "Bonanza" and "Gunsmoke".
In 'S.W.A.T.', which aired from February 1975 to April 1976, he played the leader of the police department’s five-man special weapons and tactics team. He often was seen with his bullhorn in hand, jumping into the large dark gray van shouting the signature line, “Let’s roll!”
Forrest appeared in a cameo role as the van driver in the film version of "S.W.A.T." (2003) that starred Samuel L. Jackson and Colin Farrell.

Universal is developing a remake of "Timecop", the 1994 Jean-Claude Van Damme time travel action movie.
The movie was set in the near future where time travel is regulated by a police force. One officer (Van Damme) takes on a crooked politician (played by Ron Silver) using time travel to further his political career.
It was one of Van Damme’s most successful films.
The studio is approaching the new "Timecop" as a reboot and a re-imagining of the concept and is out to writers. Van Damme is not involved.
Queen guitarist Brian May is not on "The Voice" team.
In a recent post on his website, May said that the show is the “ultimate insult to music.”
He wrote:
“Sorry -- hate to be negative -- but I have to say this. In my opinion, 'The Voice' is absolutely the dullest, dumbest, most depressing programme on TV. It's also the ultimate insult to music and to performers. Every time I catch a glimpse of young singers busting their guts trying to win somebody's attention, who is rudely sitting with their back to the singer I feel sick.”
The guitarist compares "The Voice" to reality obstacle course show "It’s A Knockout", writing that “This is not -- NOT -- what music is about.”
Music, he explains, is not about forcing other to notice you but about conveying ideas and emotions.

Adam Levine swore off drugs early on in his career after a strange experience on prescription medication Ambien.
He and his bandmate James Valentine mistook the sedatives for stimulants and took them while they were on tour. Instead of giving them a boost, the drug knocked them out cold while they were waiting for dinner.
Adam said: "We had a brief experience one time with what I guess was Ambien. James Valentine and I, we didn't really know what it was. It was the first and last time we took this drug. But we were at Denny's at some shady part of the city of whatever part of the country we were in, and we took it and we ordered the food and we woke up at the table, what must have been an hour later."
"I was like, 'Oh, no.' And James had his head down, so I was like, 'Hey, man. Hey, we should get out of here.' We didn't eat our food. We sheepishly paid our bills and walked out, and everyone's looking at us like, 'What's wrong with these guys?' And then since then I've never done drugs."

Avril Lavigne said Marilyn Manson helped her bring out her bad side on her upcoming album. When it came to her single, "Bad Girl," she knew Marilyn was the only person to help.
Avril said: "It was last minute. I was sitting there at the board thinking Manson would be perfect on this track, so I texted him, and he's like, 'I'll come over and I'll hear it.' So he came at 4 o'clock in the morning. Yes, it was one of those nights."
Avril also said that Marilyn is responsible for the half-shaved haircut she had last year.

There are reports that "American Idol" is looking at former contestants to become the next judges.
Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson have already been approached and Adam Lambert and Clay Aiken are also being considered.

An impostor posing as “Gangnam Style” sensation Psy duped celebs at Cannes, partying with stars, dancing on a French TV show and even signing a deal to be honored at a gala in Monaco.
For two days the faux Psy was showered with champagne and posed for pics with celebrities, including Adrien Brody and Bond girl Naomie Harris, who tweeted a shot with the Psy look-alike at a Chopard party.
There were “Psy sightings” at the Carlton Hotel, VIP Room and Martinez Beach. One jewelry brand even tweeted a photo of the phony wearing its bling as a plug, and a rep for one bash he crashed Monday insisted to us, “I’m afraid I’m not entirely sure what you mean. It was the real Psy.”
A witness says, “He was playing it up full scale. He had three security guards with him at all times, in suits and earpieces. He was scamming free drinks and bottle service . . . three bottles of Cristal Rosé with lunch.” And he had a French “manager” with him who negotiated an upcoming appearance at the starry Better World Awards in Monaco.
But an organizer finally e-mailed at 2 a.m. yesterday, “We’ve been duped. I had a conversation with his label . . . it [wasn’t] him, just a look-alike.”

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Daft Punk finally revealed the real reason why they wear their trademark helmets.
Member Thomas Bangalter said: "We're interested in the line between fiction and reality, creating these fictional personas that exist in real life. Kraftwerk and Ziggy Stardust and Kiss; people thought the helmets were marketing or something, but for us it was sci-fi glam."

Candice Glover will drop her debut album on July 16th. It's called "Music Speaks".
In the past, "Idol" champs have released their debut albums in the fall after winning in the spring, but Glover said she's ready now.
She said: "I've built a fan base being on this show, and my fan base is interested in me now and they won't see me every Wednesday and Thursday anymore to admire my singing, so I think it's a good thing it's coming out this summer. It's crazy that I'm even talking about an album because last year I was working at a resort."
Glover is heading to Los Angeles this week to start work on the album.

Hootie & the Blowfish could be reuniting in the next year.
Frontman and country superstar Darius Rucker tells The Hollywood Reporter that the band is considering something special to mark the 20th anniversary of their major label debut.
Darius says, "We might do a month tour next year to commemorate 'Cracked Rear View', but that one total year where we decide to do a record and a farewell tour is a couple years away."
"Cracked Rear View" hit shelves on July 5, 1994, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts a whopping five times, and placing at No. 7 on the same chart's end-of-decade rankings in 1999. The band's hit single "Let Her Cry" won them their first Grammy award.
Darius says, "We're gonna do a [yearlong] Hootie tour. We just don't know when. When we do it, we want it to be a big deal.
"I think the bigger I get in country music, the bigger deal it's going to be for us, and I think the more time we take off, the bigger deal it'll be. We've never been one to follow trends."

British singer-songwriter Charli XCX puts her own sexy spin on the song.
She performed her rendition live for the first time the other day at the record store Borderline Music in Chicago.
The British Library has added handwritten lyrics to Beatles' classics "Strawberry Fields Forever", "She Said She Said" and "In My Life" to their collection.
The three songs are legally credited to John Lennon and Paul McCartney, but the lyrics are associated more with Lennon.
The manuscripts and a number of Lennon's letters were donated to the library by a Beatles biographer with longtime connections to the Fab Four.
The library already had some rare Beatles material on display, including some partial lyrics to earlier songs written on hotel stationery during the band's tours.
