Lindsay Lohan's lawyers are asking a judge to bar filming of the actress' upcoming deposition in a case filed by gal pal Samantha Ronson. She also doesn't want transcripts or other accounts of the deposition introduced into public records.

Lohan is afraid any videos or documents "will be illegally exploited by the media."

Ronson sued her former attorneys in May, claiming they didn't adequately represent her when she sued bloggers, including Perez Hilton. Ronson claimed the bloggers defamed her by writing that she had planted drugs in Lohan's car and was exploiting the actress to the paparazzi.

Angelina Jolie had trouble getting off junk food like hot pockets, French fries and ice cream after she gave birth to twins. 

Us Weekly reports her snacking got so bad that a source close to Jolie's Ob-Gyn says that he instructed her to eat more nutritiously. 

The snacking eventually stopped and Jolie lost almost 50 pounds since she had the twins.

Scarlett Johansson accused the press of "unbelievable sexism" towards Hillary Clinton.

The actress tells Cosmo Girl she was shocked by the treatment Clinton received from the press. ScarJo said, "We still live in a country that's sexist and racist. Those are issues that we deal with whether we want to ignore it or not.

"Seeing how the media portrayed Hillary with unbelievable sexism - some of the things that people were saying were just so overwhelming. You just couldn't believe the names that they were calling her!"

But Scarlett thinks American culture will soon change - because she met so many politicized young people on a tour of U.S. colleges.

She adds, "These kids are just so well-informed and so interested. There were really obscure questions and debates that they wanted to lead - I couldn't believe it!

"And it was amazing how many of these kids turned out. I'm 23, and all of these kids are probably between 16 to 24. They're my peers, so we can all talk on the same wavelength. We're all connected by the same issues."

Carrie Underwood has been dating a famous doctor, Travis Stork of TV’s The Bachelor series.

Travis is a doctor at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. He is also featured on the new daytime series, The Doctors.

Sources say Carrie and Travis were recently spotted dining at a Canadian restaurant.

"High School Musical" hunk Zac Efron had to deal with an obnoxious fan, while in London with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

The 20-year-old star was making his way some screaming fans as he left the Apollo Theatre with Vanessa, when a man - presumed to be in his late 40s - pushed through Zac's security team and tried to grab his hair.

The middle-aged man reportedly screamed and pointed as Zanessa (Zac & Vanessa) were rushed away, before security personnel eventually restrained him and moved him away from the area.

Madonna took yet another swipe at vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin by blasting her in an impromptu song at a recent concert (in New Jersey).

Madge threatened to "kick her ass".  In video footage, she (again) screams: "You know who could get off of my street? Sarah Palin, she can get off of my street, okay?"

Then Madonna begins singing, "Sarah Palin can get off of my street/Just get off of my street...She's not going to (Washington) D.C... I will kick her ass/Just get off of my street."

Madonna finished off the song, adding, "Okay that was a bit of a rant.. it's nothing personal. I love her soul, okay?"

A judge has denied Christie Brinkley’s request of a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband Peter Cook. 

The former supermodel wanted to prevent Cook from seeing their children this weekend.  A "20/20" interview with Cook is going to air tonight (Friday). 

Brinkley’s lawyer says she wanted to “protect her children” from the interview.

Dancing With The Stars hoffers Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff sparked rumors that they are dancing in the sheets after the Ukraine natives were photographed in a liplock while heating up the dance floor at the ONE Sunset club in Los Angeles on September 29.

A witness tells Star Magazine, "They were getting closer and closer until they were grinding on each other.  They were dripping with sweat; it was incredibly hot and sexy."

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly taking legal action against a website that claimed she had suffered a nervous breakdown.

Elle writer Kevin Sessums released excerpts of an interview with the singer to the site, The Daily Beast, after Jen made it known that she didn't want her comments to appear in the magazine.

Jen's rep says, "We're very unhappy about it, and think it was poor judgement on his [Sessums] part.

"As long as we have represented Jennifer, we have never heard her refer to having a breakdown of any sort."

The website retaliated spoke in Sessums' defence, saying: "The story accurately reports what Kevin Sessums learned from Ms Lopez in his interview."

"He owns the story and The Daily Beast was happy to publish it."

Jen's team have reportedly sent a legal letter to the website.

An actor named Joe Son, who played the character Random Task in the first "Austin Powers" movie, has been charged in connection with an unsolved 1990 Christmas Eve gang rape.

Apparently, he pleaded guilty in May to felony vandalism, which required him to give a DNA sample. And THAT eventually connected him to the rape.

The 37 year-old faces a slew of SICK charges in Orange County, California (five felony counts of forcible rape, two felony counts of forcible sodomy, two felony counts of sodomy in concert by force, seven felony counts of forcible oral copulations, one felony count of sexual penetration by foreign object by force.)

Hugh Hefner's new gal-pals had some legal trouble in Florida.  Police records show that 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon are on probation for a battery bust in St. Petersberg.

The sisters were arrested in the early morning hours of Jan. 10 and booked on suspicion of felony aggravated battery. They were released from custody after posting $10,000 bonds and were later given probation and ordered to pay restitution for the incident, the details of which have not been determined just yet.

(TMZ reports:  the twins went out after work with one of their co-workers to a house party. Kristina allegedly started arguing with the pal, and Karissa came up behind her and hit the pal over the head with a bottle of beer and they both "jumped her." The woman suffered a concussion.)

Prior to that run-in with the law, Karissa Shannon was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery last November.

Ryan Reynolds has signed up for the New York marathon. It's for his father, Jim, who is battling Parkinson's -- and Michael J. Fox, as well.

Whitney Port is running from "The Hills" — and headed to the Big Apple.

The gal who interned with Lauren Conrad at Teen Vogue and later helped her get a job at People’s Revolution, is working her own MTV reality show, called The City, scheduled to air in the beginning of 2009.

The new series will follow Whitney as she settles into her job working for fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg. And the network promises new faces, new friends and new romance.

"American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest has a new project - he plans to film a sitcom with Paris Hilton.

Seacrest is working with pal Hilton to come up with ideas for a new TV show for her to appear in, and he thinks the hotel heirhead would be perfect in a primetime scripted series.

Seacrest tells Access Hollywood, "Paris and I are developing a scripted series. And she wants to have fun with that. So I think that this is a very clever show.

"Paris is going to star in it. Paris is going to play a very clever and funny Paris Hilton. Some of things that she encounters are really interesting. And if we pepper in a little bit of script, I think it's going to be very funny."

The NY Post reports Sarah Palin will be on "Saturday Night Live", Oct. 25. Sarah's rehearsal time has already been penciled in for Friday the 24th. And it's because she wants to do it.

VH1 says "Rock of Love 2" runner-up Daisy De La Hoya is getting her own show.

The network is casting for potential suitors for "Daisy of Love" at DaisyOfLoveCasting.com. Viewers can submit themselves for consideration for the show, which premieres in spring 2009, and also vote on their favorite candidates starting this week.

The "Rock of Love 2" finale, in which Bret Michaels chose Ambre Lake over De La Hoya, averaged 5 million total viewers. "Rock of Love 2" ended up as the second-highest-rated season of any VH1 series ever.

The CW is developing a spinoff of "America's Next Top Model."

"Operation Fabulous" will star "Top Model" regulars Jay Manuel and J. Alexander, with Tyra Banks executive producing.

"Jay and J," from "Top Model," will travel the country giving women makeovers. In various towns, the duo will select five participants and give them "Top Model"-style overhauls -- how to dress, wear their hair and makeup and bring out their confidence with the support of family, friends and their community.
