Dear Donnie,

   I heard you guys talk about people not being invited to Superbowl parties, and I thought it was a sign I should write to you. I'm having my annual Super bowl party. One of the guys in our group of friends just recently became engaged to his girlfriend, and none of us can stand her. She is rude, obnoxious, a sloppy drunk, and has no idea about boundaries. She will constantly find a way to work her politics or religion in to ANY conversation! She has an opinion on everything, and will interrupt any conversation to include it. We've talked WITH him about how hard she is to be around, he knows it too, but can't do anything about it. She is a strong personality and thinks she's above everyone. We all really tried, but it's impossible. We find ourselves doing everything possible to avoid her. Our party is Sunday, and no one wants her there. The problem is that if she doesn't come, our friend won't be allowed to either. I am not being dramatic when I  say she will ruin the fun, people will leave early to get away from her. I don't want to hurt his feelings, and I love being around HIM. But I hate being around her more.
