Dear JTD,

I need the mommy squad, I’m losing my patience. I have 1 year old twin boy and girl, and we are trying to take away the bottle,. They have done great with a Sippy cup with EVERYTHING ELSE other than milk. We have been loading them up on solid foods so they get their nutrition, but bedtime is the kicker. It’s been over a week, and they throw a fit to go to bed now without their bottle. Bedtime has NEVER been an issue, they have slept through the night since they were 3 ½ months old, but they have always gotten a bottle before bed. I let them cry for a good long while in their crib, but they just scream and scream and scream, so much that my son has made himself throw up. I hate to see them so upset, but I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help!
