a. fax it to 830-6491
b. scan it and email it to baby@1003thepeak.com
c. drop it off in person to our studios at Jefferson & I-25

You can upload 1 photo per valid email address. If you have more than 1 baby you'll need more than 1 email address.
NOTE: 1 ENTRY PER BABY; IF SAME BABY IS ENTERED MORE THAN ONCE, ONE PHOTO WILL BE SELECTED TO REPRESENT THAT BABY BY PEAK STAFF MEMBER.
